    Works but the dye is gross

    It works but do they really need to use Carmine coloring?? I don’t like thinking about the bugs killed that were used to dye this thing red. It grosses me out. Why does it even need dye??

    Wow!

    I was taking Biotin 1000mg daily and did see some improvement in the health of my hair and nails. I recently started taking the 5000mg daily and WOW! Within 3 weeks I had major improvement in both hair and nails.

    Didn't work for me

    Clearly this is not what my body needs. My nails STILL break easily and they have not strengthened. The pills are the size of your pinky nail and they're smooth - making them easy to swallow. I've been taking these for 2 and a half months with no improvement. Time to find something else ):

    This does NOTHING! I had Walgreens brand hair, skin and nails and it was perfect ( made my nails and hair grow stronger and like crazy). The FDA dowse not mandate that they specify anything that’s in their formula. I I actually feel like I found that out for myself. Price does not equal quality!

    caused acne

    worked great for hair growth, i used it for about 3 weeks and saw a difference in the thickness and length. unfortunately, i have sensitive skin and it caused me to have horrible rash-like acne around my chin and jaw area that i’m still trying to get rid of. not sure if the dose was too much for my body or what. works wonder for hair but do your research!! it wasn’t worth it.

    My hairdresser suggested this product to me due to loosing hair and the bottle lasted me about 7 months and my hair became stronger and a lot less breakage/loss. my hair grew a lot as well going from mid back length to waist length. my nails grow so fast as well i cut them all the time lol. i definitely recommend and i will continue to use this product.
