My partner takes it for a while now and we honestly don’t see any health boost or improvement. We still think it is better to take it than not, though. The list of ingredients is impressive. The package is big enough so you can buy it once and don’t worry for a year later.

Multivitamins in general are great for most people, one thing though is do NOT take on an empty stomach. I made that mistake and threw up within 30 minutes which is normal, I just didn’t know.
