Maybe the flavor will grow on me, but my immediate reaction is “ew.” It’s sickly sweet and tastes like I’d imagine a cherry scratch&sniff sticker would taste. Definitely my least favorite of the several house brand chewable magnesium options I’ve tried.

I have been taking this magnesium for upwards of 8 months now and after the first two or three months of consistently taking it at night I really started to notice a difference. I was someone who had 10-15 severe headaches a month, and migraines averaging once a month. My headaches have cut down significantly along with the migraines. And when I DO get headaches, they’re way milder than before. I hope this product sticks around. Great value, and great taste (doesn’t taste like other cherry medicine which I hate the taste of).

Please read the ingredients I have taken these for a few months before I finally did and a supplement you take to be healthier or contains red dye number 40.. why? NO reason to color a vitamin .

If you don't like the scarcely there grit sensation that comes from eating clam chowder, DO NOT get these. At best, it's like you've swallowed a pinch of sand and keep coming across grains for a half hour afterward. At worst, it's like you've broken a tooth and are now crunching down on the shards. Horrible. Would be much better if they were simply dissolvable.

The flavor is ok. Not the best tasting vitamin/supplement, not nearly as nasty as the [stoneage cartoon] kid vitamins I tried to get my son to take 13 years ago (those use to be good-now my age is showing, then again, I am reviewing magnesium supplements.) I am trying these out for to test the taste for my daughter, help with our migraines, and “help with my digestion”-but not giving her the amount that “helps” her (you know what I mean.)

I’m horrible with swallowing vitamin sized pills. This chewable magnesium is the only thing that helps my stop my heart palpitations! I have PVCs/PACs (extra heart beats) which causes mt heart to not beat correctly sometimes. But, when I take 400 mg of this daily, my heart beats normally. Please don’t stop making this again… yall were out of stock for a long time. I’m so happy to see it back! Other brands taste terrible. This one is the best!
