Cups are covered in flakes of plastic.
I have been using these cups for many years. I am not sure how long this may have been an issue, but now that I have noticed it I see it all the time. For the past few months of purchasing these cups, many of the cups are covered with flakes of plastic when I pull them from the bag. I first realized this when I saw colored flakes of plastic from the outside of the cup floating in milk. Now I when I inspect the cups before use I am finding both colored flakes from outside the cup and white flakes from inside the cup that needs to be washed off. In light of recent findings in way of how much plastic is finding it’s way into our bodies and brains, I plan on trying another brand of cups moving forward in hope they will not have the same issue.
