I have been in menopause for 11 years. Our love making had lost some of the sensation and zing it used to have. We are both fully in love and attracted to each other, but without the hormones my body used to make, I wasn't feeling it the way it used to be. Supplements are often hyped and do not deliver what they advertise. I research mine online and also pay close attention to how they make me feel. This one has promise. I notice a distinct difference between when I take it and when I do not. When I take it, I have more energy; my libido does seem to be more consistent (whether this is due to having more energy, I still haven't figured out); my workouts go well (I lift weights); and my sleep seems more restful -- provided that I take it early in the day and not in the afternoon or evening. I will continue to purchase this product. For reference, I am a 53-year-old woman in good health who exercises daily and is going through menopause. I have used this product for about one full year.

Helps with Energy & Stress
I’m in my late 30’s, and I don’t think this supplement has really helped with my libido. Although I haven’t tried taking 4 capsules at one time as it suggests on the bottle. But I continue to buy these because I’ve noticed that they help with energy and stress. When I take them, I feel a little calmer (which is much needed as a stay-at-home mom during this pandemic). And I don’t feel quite as tired during the day. I wouldn’t say they’re a miracle supplement, but I’ve noticed enough of a difference to continue purchasing them. I typically take 2 in the morning and sometimes another 2 in the afternoon/evening. I hate taking pills, and although these are fairly easy to swallow I wish you could get all you need in just 1 or 2 capsules/day instead of 4.

Getting stronger everyday
I am 62 & I am being treated for Polymyalgia. I try to be active, but I was having trouble doing a simple pushup. After just taking 1 a day for 2 weeks I am up to 20 pushups. Can't wait till I can do 50 again.

I am 42 years old and have definitely seen a decrease in my libido. I am completely in love with my significant other and find him super sexy.
