A: Thanks for asking, Jade. If you're 12 or over, it's safe for you to inhale the refreshing Vicks Vapors as often as needed. However, temporary burning, stinging, sneezing or increased nasal discharge might occur. Also, use of your inhaler by others may spread infection.
