Watch the dates on bottles.

These are helping me, I can tell a difference after two days. I'm only not happy about target drive up with my bottle of them expiring in one month. It should be a year or two , to show the freshness of your product. Seems like the drive up shopping is always giving damaged or expired products. I let a lot of it go, smh. They just need to pay closer attention for customers happiness in their products. The prebiotic works pretty good and they taste great to me. Wish they didn't cost a much, it's kinda expensive to keep purchasing every month, compared to others out there.

Terrible taste and texture

Terrible texture and worse taste. Reminds me of the zinc cough drop flavor; very medicinal, and these get stuck in teeth. I have no idea if they actually work, I decided it wasn’t worth it based on taste and texture alone.

Tastes so bad! Spend a little extra and get the Benefiber Probiotic/Prebiotic instead.

Excellent consistency and flavor

I really like the consistency of this product. Both my husband and I use Align Dual. It is hard to get men to 'participate in their health', but once my husband saw what Align Dual did for me, he started using it too. It does work and help with gut health. For myself, I have to take an additional probiotic due to yeast infections and bv. I just know my body. Please keep the same ingredients.
