My wife and I received this as a gift for our wedding. The knives handle very well, using them is a breeze. They don’t pull too hard to one side and really feel like an extension of your arm. The materials used to make them are of high quality. If you keep them sharp, they will allow you to focus on enjoying your food instead of thinking about trying to cut your food as you would with duller knives. The sharpness also helps you effortlessly cut around unwanted bits of meat, precisely removing gristle and fat. These knives also stay sharp for a long time, but still sharpening them a few times a year will keep you thankful that you own such a great set of knives.

The knifes feel great in the hand for someone with longer fingers, balanced and feel light. Sharpness is good. Block appears to be great quality and love that it has a slot for a cleaver.

I now know what I’ve been missing for the past 10 years!! I had a 12 piece Henkels set that I was never 100% pleased with. A couple of years ago when I moved, all of the handles cracked for some odd reason. I just treated myself to this 19 piece double Zwilling set and wow, what a difference in quality!! The sharpness is fantastic! The steak knives cut through steak like butter!!

These are the best knives on this planet. I have had them for years and now that my granddaughter is getting married, I bought them for her for her bridal shower. They are like professional tools!
