    Would love a bread flour version!

    The flour is ok. The delivery was bad: the bag of flour was not protected from the rain, the Target bag was apparently dropped of thrown onto the steps AS the bag of flour was split on the bottom indicating dropped with force. The flour was coming out of the flour bag. NOT GOOD!

    Found mold

    I make a how dough of this all purpose flour to make homemade tortillas and after I was done I noticed a black area in the bag. After fully inspecting it I noticed mold. I was excited to use but disappointed. Exp date is 6-30-26

    Good but oddly sweet

    I bought this flour for sourdough. Although the bread turned out good and rose beautifully, it tastes and smells kinda sweet. It is great for the sweet loaves but the savory ones didn’t taste right. I am so confused why it would be like this. I have never had this problem with any other flour.

    Wont be buying anymore

    Weevils in every bag i get the last year, one time they completely infected my rice, pasta and other baking items. I will never buy flour from target again, these things can travel and will go to other bags of flour even if you’re not buying that brand. Bobs red mill is the best, King Arthur after that

    Change? Bread Cookies! Weird Flavor!

    I bought this flour twice. The first time it was fine and worked well. This newer bag is not fine. I have used this more recently purchased bag of flour twice on two cookie recipes I have baked many times (including this flour from another bag earlier in the year) and the cookies come out more like bread! There’s also a strange flavor. I do not recommend anymore.

    Love for sourdough

    I love that this is an organic unbleached flour. It is great for sourdough. Price is okay. It has gone up like the price of everything else. The issue I have had is shipping. So many come ripped open and spilled but target has always replaced the ones that have.
