Q: Do these have the gold pfoa-free non stick interiors? One picture shows with and one picture shows without.

A: Hello, The Nordic Ware Naturals® Bakers Half Sheet is a plain pan and does not have a non stick coating applied. Not made with PFOA. I am sorry for any confusion - the cleaning video features both the plain and nonstick coated pans. If you are looking for the nonstick version - you will want to look at: Nordic Ware Naturals® Nonstick Baker's Half Sheet-This is a nonstick coated pan, not made with PFOA. Q: Hi. How does these sheet pans differ from the ones sold individually? One difference I see is that 2-pack says commercial grade and the ones sold individually do not.

Q: What is the max temp these pans can handle?

A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware including the Natural Aluminum Commercial Bakers Half Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. Please Note: the Naturals NONstick bakeware (bakeware that has a non stick coating applied) have a maximum temperature recommendation of 400 degrees. After a quick learning curve (with our oven and these pans), these are our favorite sheet pans for making cookies and roasting vegetables. They came highly recommended by America’s Test Kitchen, and they’ve not ever failed me.

These sheets are a great size and I use them for all types of baking and roasting. My only complaint is that they are hard to clean grease off of, but that’s likely a material issue.
