This model is not meant for safe sleeping and is recommended to be supervised while in use. If the child does fall asleep while using the swing it is recommended to take them out of the swing and place them on a flat firm surface such as a crib or a bassinet. Q: Is there an issue/limitation with the bottom strap and shoulder strap length? I have extended them be as long as possible - but they are too tight for my baby (10 lbs, 22 in). How can we fix this?

You can also adjust the shoulder straps using the slotsd on the seat assembly. This information can be found on page 29 of the user manual. We hope this helps! I got this swing the first time when my oldest was born and used it for years. I had given that one to family for use because i thought i was done having babies, but i was blessed with one more and immediately bought this same exact swing!

Great for newborns and beyond . This literally saved us in the newborn stage it was the only way he would fall asleep . Has many different speeds and sounds. Easy to put together. Took out the new born insert and he still fits up to 7 months.

A couple of the motions are a little jerky, but that's okay because there's so many difference movements to choose from, we just don't use those couple until she gets a bit bigger. Also being able to remove the bouncer is amazing

Sometimes it works for soothing, sometimes it doesn't. Could be the swing, could be my baby. Idk I'm a tired mama. I like that you can turn it around side to side or front or back. Also love the swing is removable

I got the swing as a gift for my baby shower and I really like all the versatility it has! It’s very roomy and comfortable. It has many different options of ways to swing, you can choose for it to go fast or slow, and it also has a vibration setting for the chair. Oh and it does play a couple different songs. Another cool thing is you can take it off and put on the ground as a rocker!

Its standout feature—dual motion without the hassle of manually repositioning—sealed the deal for me, though I’ll admit I mostly stuck to just two of its sixteen options. Pros: The machine-washable cover is a lifesaver, and the fabric feels soft and high-quality—a touch that babies (and moms) appreciate. The color is lovely, and the mobile slides conveniently aside when placing baby inside—a thoughtful design win. Cons: The base turned out bulkier than anticipated, and despite its removable rocker feature, it’s far too heavy to move around easily. If you need something ultra-mobile, I’d suggest skipping this and opting for a compact option like the Baby Bjorn bouncer. Additionally, the motor is louder than I’d hoped, and while the ambient sounds fell flat for me, the music provided a pleasant distraction from the hum of the motor. We got this swing when my son was just born. I love that the bouncer can detach so you can move it easily. The base is quite large and not so easy to move around so we just use the base in the bedroom and detach the bouncer to use around the rest of the house. Also it has a vibration option on the bouncer so it’s a good little product all on its own! I will say that it’s not a silent swing but so far we haven’t had any loud noises come from the swing. The swing moves fluidly and we really love this swing!

The first one I received was defective so I contacted Graco directly and had to jump through hoops to get a replacement. The second one makes all kinds of noises it shouldn’t and is less than a month old with only a newborn using it. Very disappointed!

So disheartening as we love our swing, and all of our Graco products. The review doesn't allow videos to be uploaded, only images. Otherwise I could show the blinking lights. Very disappointing and heart breaking to be honest.

We loved this swing when we first got it. But for some reason after 4 months, the swing will work for 2 minutes just fine then all of the buttons flash, and the swing stops moving. I can't find a solution to get it working again online and have tried several forms.
