Product failed and company won't make it right. Don't spend hard earned money on this junk. They keep changing the bar on what their 10 year warranty covers. I'll attach a copy so they can read it.

Needed to buy this product from Gardner white furniture store to have coverage on mattress. Fit on bed nicely will see later on how it holds up after washes. Just put on mattress today May 16,2025.

Bought our first Dri-Tec April 2018 and worked well for about 6 years and then it started breaking down letting moisture through. Pleased with the performance for the first five to six years. The new one we just received is a warranty replacement so the warranty works well. Carl Jewett

I have just opened the product and I love how soft it is and the quilted material with the waterproof underlayment. It fits my 15.6 inch mattress in full where it can be tucked underneath and the the bands are thick and stretchy. So far it's good with me and I'm not sure if I wld experience the breathable layer as I'll have sheets on it.

Very disappointed. The "Dri-Tec" mattress protector failed to block a simple spill, ruining my mattress. Despite being untouched since 2020, my claim was denied as "damaged." Poor product, worse customer service. Would not recommend. - They also keep deleting my post. Very shady
