I find this difficult to use and painful. I can’t tell if I’m hurting myself or helping but I can’t take that risk.

It's not often I feel compelled to write a review, but the Chirp wheels impressed me so much that I felt obligated. Initially, using these things hurt. A lot. But that's because I wasn't used to it yet. If you read any reviews online, you'll realize that you need to give your body time to adjust. Once you've acclimated, these things are like having a personal chiropractor in your own home, available on demand. I consistently get multiple cracks and I generally feel BETTER after using them. The larger wheel stretches your spine, where the smaller one really goes deep. The medium size does a little bit of both. Anyways, I could talk all day about these things, but they really are awesome. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

When I first purchased the three set chirp wheel, it worked great! It felt like I was actually getting a stretch and improving my posture. UNFORTUNATELY, the wheels are made of plastic and each one has broken and now are virtually unusable. I followed all directions so the products did not break from misuse. All three were broken within the first month. It is too bad, if the Chirp Wheels were made from quality products, I would 100% still be using them still. At this price point, I expected better. Now all I have is broken, duct tape wheels that I plan to trash.

My husband has had back problems since his twenties. He swears by these wheels for daily relief and as a way to stay out of the chiropracter's office. I haven't used them but think they might be hard for an elderly person to use if they aren't comfortable getting up and down from the floor. A winner in my husband's book!

Upfront I am the type of person who can adjust my back with a knobby yoga foam roller. If I travel by car, I will take my roller with me just so I can adjust my back while I'm away. Stretching and adjusting my back is a big part of my daily routine. I saw the advertisements for the Chirp Wheels and the segment on Shark Tank and I thought the Chirp wheels looked promising. The idea that the channel allowed for better isolation of the spine was a big sell for me. The wheels came and I tried them out for about a week, and I found them no better, or perhaps even less effective, than a standard yoga roller. I could get pops from them but nothing on the level they advertised. I even tried rolling my back first with the standard yoga wheel, I would get my adjustment from that, and then followed up with the Chirp Wheels to test their claims that they are better at isolating your back, never once did the Chirp Wheel make an additional adjustment that the standard knobby yoga wheel had not already accomplished. Finally, the wheels are more dangerous than a Yoga Roller, especially in the case of the largest wheel, because the Chip Wheels have a higher center of gravity. I did once have the large wheel tip over while I was rolling on it because one of my kids distracted me mid-roll; user error for sure, but it did hurt to have the wheel tip over and your back to land on top of it. I give Chip Wheels a hard pass - better off sticking to a standard knobby yoga roller.

Great for how they helped my back. Used them daily and felt way better. But they break surprisingly easily. Says their good up to 500 lbs. I’m half that. Both the two bigger wheels have cracked. For the price, I was hoping for better durability.

They hurt like heck when you are using them but can definitely feel the relief after you’re done. I do think they are over priced for what you get but all in all a solid investment.

Works better than anything else I've tried for stretching my back. Helps tight muscles too. Would be 5 stars if the price was a little lower but I was able to use my HSA. I mostly use the 10in and 6in.

Its painful and it doesnt stretch or crack your back as shown in videos, exagerated.

It made myself and my husband HURT FOR WEEKS! SO PAINFUL. We ended up needing to see a real chiropractor!

Great for massaging a tired, achy back. Takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, it feels great afterwards and the popping is sooo satisfying and relieving.

Didn’t work like I thought they would…

I’m confused by the positive reviews. I have used these for over 6 months now. I have tried every stretch, pose, anything their website offers for different issues. I maybe can get one muscle to release a slight bit when I hear a small crack but that’s it and that’s only sometimes. This is not getting deep enough into my muscles, even the small one. There’s no release whatsoever! Just an overpriced foam roller. My chiropractor and physical therapist have seen zero difference in my muscles from use of this and have had it confirmed with them I was using it correctly for the correct amount of time. I don’t have some weird injury that would make this not work either. No relief. Zero.

Wonderful relief after a long day of halfway decent posture and ergonomics that could probably be better. This is just what I needed to give a nice stretch to my neck and back. The wheel feels solid and the foam soft enough to not make the plastic hurt the spine. Chirp on!

OMG this thing is amazing! I am in love. I always have tightness in between my shoulders, for the first time in I don’t know how long I have relief. First time I used it I knew it was awesome, it felt so good. I have everyone that comes over try it. Personally the medium one is the best.
