Terrible! For years, I choose Aveeno's fragrance free body wash because it was one of the only ones at that price point that didn't smell like soap. The new formula is unusable for my sensitive nose.

So much packaging!
I buy this product because I want to reduce the number of plastic pump bottles I buy. I wish it was available in stores, but it isn't. The three pouches I bought came in a huge box. Each pouch was enclosed in a plastic bag sealed with a large zip tie. The box was filled with plastic air pouches. The body wash is fine, the packaging is to excessive, and wasteful.

New Formula is the worst
New Formula is terrible … this has been my favorite body wash for the past 10+ years . They changed the formula and massacre the product . It drys ur skin out immensely. The original aveeno body was so so soft and nourishing with a lovely oat scent . now I have to go find a new body wash . Terrible way to start the year off .

Change the formula back
I’ve used Aveeno products for years and have always loved always moisturizing they are until I used the most recent batch of body wash I bought. I have use triple the amount of this new formula to get the same lather and cleanliness as the old formula. The color is different; likely due to being super diluted now. The texture isn’t as creamy as before hence more being used to get a decent lather. I am very disappointed. My skin isn’t as soft and moisturized as before. Please change it back.

This is my favorite body wash and I am looking for ways to reduce plastic consumption so when I found out Aveeno is selling this in a refill pouch I was thrilled. Please expand this packaging to your other products; shampoo and conditioner would be a great start!! Thank you Aveeno!
