Description

The 9-inch bread knife slices crusty bread with ease. Cleanly slice through any food with a hard exterior and soft interior.ZWILLING Pro, the most user-friendly knife on the market, is now available with elegant matte white handles. ZWILLING Pro Le Blanc boasts a unique curved bolster that acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was designed with a broad curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

Amazing knife A cuts through bread like butter

Wow(. I make a lot of sourdough and have been using an old bread knife. When the sold it gets really hard to slice through it I just opened this new knife and cut through a two day old loaf and it was like cutting butter! Then I tried heading small cherry tomatoes and got Perfect non-squished tomatoes. I love this knife!

Long overdue Professional knife

I have been using the same ‘cheap’ bread knife for at least 35 years -it was a gift from my mother in law. It still works ok but I am so excited to finally splurge and have a professional quality bread knife.

Greatly pleased beyond measure!

I know Zwilling from livingvin Germany, and appreciate the name and quality. But I have to say I am surprised! As its way more pleasing than I expected! I absolutely love the feel of this bread knife! It's super sharp, has an amazing blade edge, that allows precision cuts. The grip feels so natural and comfortable and the balance feels spot on! I love this very stylish and beautiful bread knife!

Best knife for bagels

Perfect (especially for dense breads)

The edge of the blade on this knife is unlike anything I've ever seen. It is pure magic for cutting baked goods with precision. I love making pure rye or spelt bread for its taste and health benefits. It is a very dense bread with a hard crust, but this knife allows for fantastic precision, no crumbles and thin slices. The price tag was a deterrent for me for a long time, but I finally got the knife and wish I would have done it sooner. It's perfect!

Sharp and well-built!

Sharpness and feel is great. Slices crusty sourdough with ease and build quality appears to be very good. A bonus is that it’s supposed to be dishwasher safe although I’m handwashing mine to hopefully keep it sharper for longer! Would be nice if it came with a sheath.

Gorgeous Knife

Gorgeous knife that I've been looking forward to getting for a month. It's long and has good weight that make things easy to cut. The blade is sharp and has nice serration. There was a little bit of scuff on the handle, but not worth deducting a star for. Can't wait to complete my set!
