Arbol Verde Flaxseed Hair Gel - 8.8oz: Hair Styling, Textured & Normal Hair, Daily Use

I have used all kinds of gels from super expensive to cheap. This one by far is my absolute favorite! I have 2b long hair. Most gels are either too greasy and weight my hair down or does not hold enough and by the end of the day its a mess. With most of the more pricey gels I need to wash my hair daily because of the build up and greasiness. This gel is a life saver! I like to put it on after I wash my hair the next morning it’s a little stiff so I add some hair oil and it’s perfect! I can touch it up for at least 3 days and it look fresh. No flaking and the smell is very faint and I love that. Some brands go over board with the scent and it irritates my scalp. I have since bought 3 more to have as back up. If you like a stiffer hold you can skip the hair oil. I only wish it came in a jumbo size.

Highly recommend this hair gel. So fr 1 week of usage and it’s great on hair. I use on my own hair and my child’s hair for school hairdos and it holds up. As mentioned, no flakes and hair is good after wash. Will continue

Great hold, no flakes and not drying or too hard. Used it for slick back pony and it worked perfectly.

Worked very well on my flyaways and especially on my stubborn grey hairs. I liked that it’s not too sticky, good mild scent and doesn’t leave a residue or stiffness on hair.

I’m in love with this gel. I used it in my daughter’s hair and what I like it’s that you don’t see any white flakes or anything in her hair. No trace of gel used in hair.

I just love how it works and leaves my daughter’s hair amazing. So soft and smells good too. It doesn’t leave any white things in her hair. I use it with the Arbol Verde tree shampoo the blue bottle, for growing hair and it has grown tremendously. Give it a try.

This product works amazing! As someone with kinky edges, it often frustrates me how everything BUT those fuzzy parts will define properly and gels targeted toward natural hair don't work for me.I was skeptical of trying a Spanish product, but it works better than any gel I've used without making my hair look like wheat. A flaxseed based styler is literally all you need; my stubborn hairs are laid down stiff. I guess it makes sense, since Spanish-speaking curlies usually live where there's high humidity. Great product!

Love how my hair looks with this product. Keeps my curls locked. With any other product my hair gets freeze really quick.

First of all it has an odd odor. Very earthy. After it dried I didn’t smell it luckily. Secondly, it takes a great deal of gel to get hold. BUT…it’s a heavy, thick and sticky gel! Lastly, at first I thought my waves looked great. As my hair dried they fell and I was left with frizz. This may be a better gel for edges or something. But not a wave enhancing gel.

I was so excited to try this hair gel. By the end of the day my hair looked like I put glue in it. It may be an option for some but 4C girls, beware.
