[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to find a hair mask for a while, and I think I'll be sticking to Pattern's! It made my hair so soft and moisturized :) I like to combine it with Pattern's hydration shampoo and medium conditioner!

I have been natural since 2017 but had no regimen or system for my hair care after many failed trial and errors with other products. I ended up just leaving braids and weaves months at a time barely letting my hair breathe in between styles. I have been rocking mini brads for the last month and let me tell you the Leave In Conditioner + Breakage Barrier mask is the chefssss kisssss for my obscenely dry hair. My coils are so freaking hydrated I never thought I’d find anything that’d actually work!! Pattern, you have a FOREVER customer in me, whatever you do please please please don’t change the formulas. One single ingredient can throw the entire thing off from experience. Everything is perfect as is!! Thank you Ms Tracee Ellis Ross!!!!

It’s not the most hydrating mask but I could feel my strands absorbed everything well. I’m happy with this product

All I have to do is coat all my hair and wait. The texture of the mask even makes my hands soft. This is an essential tool for getting those knots out from dry ends. I haven't found anything else in my stash of products that gives my hair the same slip when conditioning. I've used it with the hand held Pattern Beauty steamer, under a hooded dryer or my heat cap.

So far, it seems to be working great. His curls were nicely defined, and the comb glided through with no problems. The slip was excellent, making detangling quick and easy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome, awesome product! Excellent slip, my hair bounced right back from a heat straight style, and made my hair feel amazing before going in with shampoo. I brought another jar, just to ensure I have this on hand.

This mask initially makes your hair feel amazing and detangled and smooth. However once it is rinsed out my hair feels stripped and lacking serious moisture. Since it performs in between I have it 3 stars.

I have 3c curls and tried this mask once for 5mins, when I washed it off my hair feel really stale and after I added conditioner turns out it was so stale I couldn't brush it, the mask gave me an insane amount of breakage in just 5 mins, It took me 1 hour to brush my hair even tho I spent like 10mins max. Honestly its the first time this happens to me with a hair product, for the price I would at least expect that it wouldn't damage my hair
