A: I’ve had these about two years now, never once have I been shocked taking them out the case

A: I have 2 pair and had one before these, and never had static shock issues with any of them. And I have experience this type of shock with other stuff in recent years. These have been super safe for me

A: What is a standard charging port?

A: There is a flexible plug attached to the back of the case which you plug into any standard recharging port. These earphones last a very long time on a single charge.

A: The earbuds charging in the charging case. The case is charged via the built in cable in any USB-A charging port.

A: The charging cord is a standard USB A plug. We recommend that you plug this into a laptop/desktop to charge or a wall adapter to charge them up.
