    Do not buy!

    The sound quality on these is very poor compared to other $20 options out there. Not meant for music as the base goes away when a song starts plus if there is the slightest sound nearby or someone is talking, the audio cuts off immediately which is obnoxious.

    While these earbuds are very good, the volume is good after a while they just stopped working. I reached out to support for JLab and they never got back to me then emailed me and asked me to rate their support. I have three pairs of these headphones in my house that just stopped working I received no help and honestly I feel like I need my money back.

    These are terrible. The buttons don't work as they should. Sometimes you have to tap repeatedly to get it to do the thing you want, like pause and resume (more than you're supposed to) and other times it does it just when my hand is near it like when doing my hair. Went back to my simple ear buds with less functions
