Overall good, but some annoying features
Overall, I am happy with it, and it has made cleaning more convenient after setting up mapping and scheduling. I'm also glad that this one is bagless and self-emptying. First annoyance is when you want to insert/remove the mop attachment, or the bin on the robot itself. EVERY time you take the robot off the dock and put it back, it always takes a minute to self-empty before you can tell it to clean again. Secondly, in the app (which has annoying load times), I found that the carpet zones don't actually work: when mopping, it still goes on marked carpet zones. I opted to set carpet areas 'no-go zones' and just manually vacuum the carpets myself. Also, I think the option to set mopping water level has disappeared, why? Overall, given the pros & cons, and the price, I'd give this 3.5 out of 5.

Great start, disappointing finish
I received the Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 as a Christmas gift and was genuinely impressed for the first month. The robot navigated well, the vacuum function worked great, and the mop feature was a nice bonus. It felt like a solid upgrade. Then the mop stopped working entirely. The pad moves as it should, but no liquid flows at all. I’ve used the correct Shark solution, followed the instructions, and worked through every fix I could find on Reddit. Nothing helped. I want to be fair: I’ve had good experiences with Shark products over the years and still trust the brand overall. But this unit has a clear defect, and I can’t recommend it. For the price, the mopping function should last longer than a month. If the vacuum-only performance is your priority, it does that part well. But if you’re buying this specifically for the 2-in-1 capability, I’d think twice.

Cleans and stripes does not clean fully so then it dries in stripes. It does a horrible job and it doesn’t get every part of the floor.

Dont buy and ill cut it short for you all
Just dont buy Noisy the navigation is disappointing always scratching the furniture as the sensors r the worst got broken and guess what discontinued andthe parts r not available and the worst customer service ever

I run this every night while we’re asleep to get all the debris from the day (kids, dogs, husband, etc.). Praying the dust cup spring will stay working appropriately on the new one. Sticking with the Shark Matrix Robot
I purchased the Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum and Mop in March 2026. It performs very well when it comes to picking up dog hair and fine, microscopic dust, which is a major plus in my home. However, I’m not a fan of the single-arm spin brush design—it doesn’t seem as effective as I would prefer for edge and corner cleaning. Because of that, I decided to purchase another Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum without the mop feature. Overall, I enjoy Shark products and appreciate their cleaning performance. With a few design improvements, they would be even better.

A Great Help!
So fat, so good. It took me about two weeks, and a phone call to figure it out. I use it for my family room. I wish it could walk up the stairs. Otherwise, it serves the purpose it was purchased for. It's great at vacuuming and mopping.

Breaks constantly
I have had this less than a year and it has broken 5 times. The same way each time. Each time it has been fixed under warranty but that will be up soon and I know the same issue will occur to a 6th or more time. It’s a cheap clip that holds the dust bin onto the robot an when this clip breaks the entire robot stops working.

Waste of Money
What a waste of money! The vacuum is constantly sending error messages, does not return to the dock half the time and despite mapping the house, does not consistently clean this area. It takes 85 minutes and does a crummy job. I do a way better job with my regular vacuum. I received this as a gift but it is a huge waste of space

Great at first. Only worth it for the first year.
When I first bought this, it changed my life. But approaching a year of having it, it has so many problems, I feel I need to buy a new one and its not worth that. The water tank for the mop feature has a crack in it. I need a new roller and a new brush. I would happily replace all of those items, but I have yet to find the in stock.

Poor Sucking
I bought this about a year ago, and it all started out great. I lost wifi a few times, the robot wanted to factory reset itself after that. No big deal, I figured it would happen with the internet loss. My issue with it is, it leaves behind so much dog hair all along the floor, since about a month after setting everything up. Dust bin is empty, roller is fine, the filter is still see through. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s becoming frustrating having to vacuum up after my robot vacuum runs the house.

Great features, One miss
I bought it a month ago, I have been using it and overall, I really like it, it does its job and its a good job.BUT, this isn´t a cheap article, its expensive, and for the price, you would think that at least you can set it up to clean homes with 2 floors, which it cant. I think that it is not that hard or too much of a big deal to have this feature, I really find outrageous the fact that this one simple thing cannot be possible with this model. In order to have your 2 stories house completely clean using this product is to buy anotherone? reallly??? I dont think thats a good solution, DO BETTER
