At first when I started taking this, it worked wonders. It relaxed my whole body and mind and actually was able to sleep through out the night. A couple nights after, I’m not sure if I put too much powder or what, but it caused SEVERE BLOATING to the point where it was uncomfortable to walk. I wanted to love the product but I can’t use it anymore :( I have to look for another alternative! I hope this helps.

We've been using natural calm for over 20 years. My wife and I have every night before bed. Always relaxes us. Our kids love it too. It's great for after my workouts to help with soreness. I recommend natural calm to all my clients. Can't praise it enough.
