Plastic lid doesn't stay on

Bought as a substitute for another brand that was out of stock. I’ve bought Nordic Ware products before so thought this would be a good purchase. Lid does not attach to the pan. Not even a little bit. Already washed and used the pan before I realized the lid was defective. Don’t make my mistake—check the lid!

Sizing is off.

Nice looking pan, but dimensions are way off. Not 9 x 13. Inside dimension are more like 12 x 7 1/2. I needed a pan that day, or I would have returned it.

Lovely pan

Absolutely love this pan. Needed one with a lid for tres leches and it works so well. Cools and heats quickly unlike the heavy dark pans so you don't over brown your bakes. Also super easy to hand wash if you actually read the instructions :)

Not Dishwasher Safe

Found out the hard way that this pan is not dishwasher safe. The aluminum oxidized and it’s stained and discolored. A huge disappointment since I had begin replacing my pans with the silver Nordic Ware. It’s 2024, not the 50s, and people expect products to be convenient.
