    We want the original formula back

    This new formula is terrible. Please bring back the original this does not catch short wiry hairs, does catch chin hairs nor course hairs well. The wax isn't as good as the original fourmla.

    Doesnt dry and caused insane bruising

    I never leave reviews and had to come in here to leave one for this. It’s terrible. It’s such a wet consistency it doesn’t wax well whatsoever. I kept waiting and waiting for it to harden and finally pulled and caused the worst bruising to my skin because of how much resistance there was since the wax was still so wet. I’m gonna stick with my veet sugar wax instead. This is something I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

    Wasted Time and Money

    Welp. I wasted hours of my time AND money. This stuff would NOT harden no matter what I did. I’ve used multiple waxing products so I know it isn’t a me problem. And after I struggled with getting the wax to dry, I also had to struggle with wiping the wax off because there were only four flimsy sheets of the removal oil that just tore immediately. This is the second time I’ve tried it and it was a mistake to try again. I honestly just want my money back.

    New formula absolutely sucks

    Terrible—I’ve been using this product for literal years. Why did they switch up the formula?? The new formula is like going through the pain and motions of waxing without it removing ANY actual hair! It’s ridiculous! The wax is too silky or something and doesn’t actually grab hair.

    Skip This. It's Awful.

    I just finished using this product and had to leave a review to vent my frustration. This product is utterly useless. I used it on my upper lip and eyebrows. It removed zero hair from my eyebrows. It removed some hair from my upper lip but the amount of wax residue leftover is not a worthy tradeoff. Skip this product. It's awful.

    I never leave reviews, ever. I have waxed my underarms myself for a while and ran out of my normal Gigi wax so picked this up. I followed the instructions and the wax literally would not come off my skin. I used two different muslin cloths to try and pull it off. I had to get oil out to get it off my skin. Trying to save someone else from this, for sure pass.

    I hate it, doesn't wax all the hair

    It doesn't wax hair like the previous formula. It is uncomfortable after a couple passes. I gave up waxing using this kit because it doesn't wax my armpit hair. The new kit only has two packs of one-time-use oil packet. It's not enough to clean up the sticky residue.

    This product is okay, it’s not the best, but does the minimum job. I have definitely tried better. The results are at a minimum okay, I will say the instructions for completing this is somewhat vague and hard to understand. I did have some irritation afterwards. Pain was average. I would not recommend this product.
