Bunk product, going to ask for refund.
I’ve been taking Magnesium Glycinate for about a year now to help my insomnia, as recommended by my neurologist, with great success. Within a week of switching to this product I had insomnia return with a vengeance. Monday up until 1:30am, Tuesday up until 4:30am, Wednesday had very broken sleep all night, Thursday up until 1:30am. I normally sleep 9:30pm-4:30am. This has been terribly disruptive. I am absolutely exhausted and my brain hurts. Come to find out there’s a proposed class action lawsuit against this company about this product. Cool.

The Real Deal
After taking magnesium oxide for years w/no results, my doctor recommended mag glycinate because it absorbs. What a difference, my lab tests shot right up. I take this with calcium citrate with D3. This Qnol is the best product at the best price, and I won't settle for the mag oxide ever again!

Watch out for kidney problems!
Avoid this product, too much magnesium, not pure glycinate. Fouled up my kidney tests and when I cut back to one/day had severe constipation unresponsive to stool softeners Returning to regular magnesium

Terrible product
This product is not beneficial, my body does not digest the capsule. Therefore I am getting no benefit at all. Waste of my money.
