A: I keep it in the fridge and it works great. When I freeze it, it's way too cold for me. If you need it colder, it also folds flat so you could just lay it on your head or on your pillow and put the affected side on it without putting the whole thing on if it's too cold.

A: I’d say yes! I have two as kids are always misplacing them - even my 4yr old asks for “the headache hat” and though it’s a bit big on her so it doesn’t offer the slight compression for her it’s still cold which helps.
