This product is the worst eye makeup remover ever. This is my first time trying it and it left me with nothing but itchy, dry, flaky, and puffy eyelids. The remover doesn't remove makeup without having to rub a lot and it irritates my eyes a lot. It stings and burns my eyelids. Never get this product. I never leave reviews but this one is different. I don't want you girls to have damaged eyelids from this product. Target needs to remove this off their shelves.

New Formula Is a Fail- Zero Stars

I wish I could give the new formula in the blue bottle zero stars!! I have used the old formula in the “purple bottle” for at least 10 yrs and never had an issue. The new formula is awful as it barely removes your eye makeup and I use very little eye makeup. The new “reformulated” product made my eyes crusty. I have never had this issue and once again I am disappointed in Targets reformulated products. What a shame. I will return this product and never use it again- another “reformulation flop”.I would love to know why you changed it?? I do realize most updates made to products are to increase gross margin/ profit made but Target your changes in store and products continue to fail. What a shame.
