Absolutely destroyed my digestive system. I just started taking these this week and only managed to do so for 3 days. Had to stop and just threw them away. Hopefully you have better luck, but these caused some really bad issues for me for 4 days and counting.

My doctor recommended I start taking some sort of probiotic due to having a sensitive stomach. I did some research and came across the Olly Probiotic and Prebiotic. I really think it helps my overall gut health. It also doesn’t hurt that they taste good!

I can't recommend OLLY enough! I had been using another Probiotic + Prebiotic with disappointing results, and my stomach was completely out of sorts—bloating and discomfort lasting over a week. It reached the point where I was considering a doctor’s visit. That’s when I started researching and came across OLLY. From day one, I noticed a difference. These taste great. Easy to take. They work well, I feel like I had all the benefits they listed while taking. The packaging is a little bulky but it keeps them fresh. Good ingredients and the price is median for these products.

Absolutely terrible! Woke me up at 5am with terrible cramps and then completely watery diarrhea to the point where I had a small amount of blood. That’s from taking ONE. Do NOT recommend!
