When using this product

When using this product : use only as directed,do not bandage tightly,avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes,do not expose the area to local heat or to direct sunlight,rare cases of serious burns have been reported with products of this type,a transient burning sensation may occur upon application but generally disappears in several days,avoid applying into skin folds.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if : condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days,symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days,redness is present or excessive skin irritation occurs,you experience severe burning pain, swelling, or blistering where the product was applied.

Directions

For easy removal of embossed backing: Pop; peel; apply.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Remove backing from patch by firmly grasping both ends and gently pulling until backing separates in middle. Carefully remove smaller portion of backing from patch and apply exposed portion of patch to affected area. Once exposed portion of patch is positioned, carefully remove remaining backing to completely apply patch to affected area. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Wash hands after applying or removing patch. Throw away the patch by folding sticky ends together.

I bought these patches and will never again. The do not stick at all and fell off my neck. very annoying product!!!!!

Won't stick!

I tried wearing these in multiple locations and with Clean Skin and they will not stick for anything! Basically have to put an Ace bandage around it just to keep it in place

Senior citizen

I purchased IcyHot patches and discovered that they are not resistant to water. Should there not be a warning on the packaging to not apply prior to showering? Or say, "patches are not water-resistent"?

My go to pain patch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was all it was supposed to be and more. After a couple hours with the patch my aches and pains disappeared. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from small aches and pains. Go out and get you a box of these and you won't regret it. My medicine cabinet is going to be loaded with them!

Works great but has a strong smell

They were effective treating my muscle pain,but the have a strong menthol smell. I didn't want to use them if I were going out because of the smell. Otherwise they helped ease my muscle pain

They work very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sticks to the area really well and stays put without peeling off on the corners. The smell is very mild so it is fine to wear under clothes without needing to be self-conscious about it. I think it's more cold than hot but it still works well. If you need an immediate, temporary pain reliever for your back, this will do the job until you can go see your doctor.

Easy effective patches

Eases Aches & Pains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say this Icy Hot Original Arm, Neck, & Leg patch product is really great because I was having some neck and leg pain and after putting a patch on my neck and leg it seemed to give me relief right away. Also I like how it gives you a cool icy feeling and how it turns into a hot feeling and how it truly works up to 8 hours. And I liked how the patches seemed comfortable to have on and how they seemed to stay in place and not fall off and overall this product seems great for pain relief.

Cool Relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the Icy Hot medicated patch across the bottom of my neck. I had been feeling some pain & tension there & need some relief. This helped tremendously by instantly cooling the burn, loosening the tension and I continued to feel relief for about 4 hours & after rubbing area maybe squeezed in another 2 hours. The patch felt comfortable and stayed in place easily. I will continue to use these patches for instant & intermittent pain relief.
