Love these
Not sure how others are saying these taste fishy. I taste no hint of fish whatsoever…. And I’ve had some bad smell/taste aversions during my pregnancy. To me these taste just like those chalky children’s Flintstone’s vitamins in regard to the fruity flavor, only they aren’t chalky. They’re actually a little sour which I love. I prefer the texture of these to the super soft prenatal gummies that are coated in sugar, which most brands seem to be. These are almost more like a fruit snack in consistency, but a little softer. I really enjoy them and actually look forward to taking them as a little “candy” treat each day. It’s a bummer that a serving size is 3 pieces - on the one hand it’s a bigger treat but not economical since a bottle will run out quicker.

Allergy gate
Had an allergic reaction to this vitamin. The brand refuses to divulge ingredients and calls it their “proprietary” blend. This company is unethical and while lead safe mama may hold them in high regard I have a big problem with a company that hides their ingredients to that degree

Lifesaver during pregnancy nausea!
I’m currently pregnant and switched to these after my regular prenatal started making me extremely nauseous. Honestly, I’m SO glad I did. These gummies taste amazing, very fruity and sweet, with a soft candy-like texture. I was nervous because I saw reviews saying they taste fishy, but I genuinely don’t taste any fishiness at all. One of the biggest reasons I chose these is because they use methylfolate (the bioavailable form of folate) instead of synthetic folic acid, which was really important to me. They also include DHA, which is great for baby’s brain development. Yes, they don’t contain iron or calcium, but that actually makes them a great option for anyone dealing with morning sickness or nausea. I was able to tolerate my full prenatal earlier in pregnancy, but once the nausea kicked in, I just couldn’t keep it down. These have been so much easier on my stomach. Also, getting to take three gummies feels like a treat instead of a chore. They taste so good I honestly have to stop myself from eating more 😅 If you’re pregnant and struggling to keep traditional prenatals down, I highly recommend giving these a try. Being able to take something consistently matters, and these have been a total win for me.

My daily vitamin for over a year
I took these vitamins while TTC through postpartum and I have loved them. The gummy texture and sweet taste makes it easy to take these vitamins during first trimester nausea and general pregnancy aversions, especially compared to regular pills. I also love that these are organic and the variety and amount of each vitamin is great for the price. It is also important to note that this contains the methylated versions of the vitamins, for those seeking that out!

Methylfolate
I have bad morning sickness everyday all day and it’s hard to eat or drink certain things let alone take prenatal. These taste so good like candy I have to refrain from eating more and I don’t taste the fishyness that others taste. I used a different brand which stated it had methylfolate but I should have read the ingredient list because it’s made with folic acid. I have MTHR gene and require methylfolate. The other brand had a huge pill and that was fishy and hard to take.

Can I return nasty vitamins?
Literally, as soon as I bit into it, I spit it out it's disgusting. I assumed it might be a little weird tasting since it has Omegas but it literally taste straight like fish. Idk if they have a vitamin taste tester at the factory but they didn't do their job. I'm sure the quality is there but I'll pass

Dislike new taste
I have taken Smartpants Prenatals for years (infertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding). I have absolutely loved them. They were the only prenatal I was able to tolerate. However, I absolutely do not like the new only take 3 ones. They went from tasting great and looking forward to taking them to absolutely not liking the taste and having to brace myself for them. I so wish the flavors could go back to what they were before.
