Easy to clean and good quality

My goal was to make gyoza and okonomiyaki as delicious as I've had in Japan, and this Gourmet Sizzler Electric Griddle helped me accomplish this. It is fun to have a table-top griddle in a dinner party situation. It is easy to set up and easy to wash. I am very happy with this product.

I love the one I bought for myself. Bought second one for daughter and she loves it too Bought #3 for Christmas gift so she hasn’t opened hers yet.

The different settings allow for all kinds of uses to include crepes and the reason I purchased it was for Japanese pancakes. Also purchased the takyaki plate. Looking forward to using that as well. I have had electric griddles before and this one is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great griddle! I looks smaller in the picture than it is in real life. I can cook five six-inch pancakes on this and 6 grilled cheese sandwiches! I like that it has about a 1 in depth, so I can cook things that might be runnier or have a sauce and it won't spill over the edge. It all comes apart easily which means I can clean the outside of the griddle just as easily as I can the inside, without ruining the cooking element. It does cook evenly, but it takes a while for the entire griddle to get to temp. There are hot and cool spots until that happens. Also the plug is a little temperamental and sometimes I have wiggle it a little to make sure it's fully seated. After it's seated properly, it doesn't wiggle out or anything. The lid fits snuggly inside the griddle pan which makes it good for steaming or keeping warm. Really great purchase totally worth the money! The flat griddle is non-stick and nothing has stuck or cooked on yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle has replaced 3 random similar appliances that I wasn't really using and were just taking up space. So far I've made fried eggplant, fish, bacon, sausage and veggies .. I even made some food for my dog in it. Clean up is easy because the entire thing comes apart. If you *think* you might have a use for this, you actually probably have several. The only thing I'm not totally wild about is the lid feels very thin/cheap but I'll be sure to just be careful with it. Don't let that deter you, because most griddles at this price point don't even come with lids.

Easy to clean! I can make breakfast in 15 minutes, useful for supper and dinner. Prepare more than one item at a time. I leave mine sitting on top of the stove.

I just used my electric griddle for the first time this past week. I made hamburgers one night and bacon this morning. I was replacing a not-so-old one as it didn't cook evenly around the griddle. Happy to report that both the burgers (which were a hit with my grandsons) and the bacon were evenly cooked and delicious! Hoping that this product stands the test of time as we have family meals (mostly breakfasts) here at least 2 or 3 times per month.

Easy to handle. Easy to cook. Easy to clean. Very reliable brand name in Japan. Excellent.

I got this a couple weeks ago and have been very impressed by it. It's been marvelous and I find myself making so many things on it since it's easy to clean and cooks evenly. Needless to say it has not left the counter since I keep finding good uses for it. Geared up to make Takoyaki after getting the plate for it so I'm wicked pumped.

Lots of room for things like yakisoba, okonomiyaki and pancakes. Heats evenly. The sides and lid means it can cook like a skillet. Because it disassembles, it’s easy to clean. Recommended!

We love using it to cook a variety of Asian dishes and doing BBQ on the grill. So nice to have a plate on the table and you can eat food when it’s still hot or warm.

I love this griddle! Our family has had teppanyaki every week since we got it. It remind me of Japan, with delicious hot meats and veggies dipped in ponzu sauce. It's easy to clean! A great addition for our house!
