Do Not Buy!
The old design was perfect, and worked. Since they updated the design, the latch does not stay locked. As soon as you unlock it, then try to lock it again, the latch does not work anymore.

Not worth the buy
Difficult to place on certain cabinets. I usually order a different brand from another online site, but needed them sooner. I’m used to there being a device that helps line the lock together. These didn’t come with that; nor did mine come with any lock stickers to know where to place the magnet. The sticky strip will take any paint or liner off when you remove it. And after you remove it, you will have to screw it in the new location or go buy command strips for it. Sometimes it works properly, sometimes it doesn’t. For the price I could’ve gotten more locks and at least 2 magnets. Next time I’d rather use temporary measures and patiently wait for the other online site I like to deliver them.

New design is a step backwards from the old. Harder to install, harder to enable/disable but easier to lose the smaller key

Dont waste your money
This doesn’t work at ALL. It’s not sticky enough, instructions don’t make sense, the locks still open even when they’re locked and closed. and they don’t seem like they’d work with most cabinets.

New Design is A lot Worse
The old version had three parts one of which was a guide to align both parts. The latch to turn the lock on or off was also on the side instead of the bottom. This new version eliminates the guide and puts the latch on the bottom where you have to use your thumbnail to turn it on. The guide made it much easier to install in a variety of cabinets and drawers. This new design is much worse and the magnets don't catch as reliably either. I bought a bunch of the old design but I won't be buying any more of these in the new design.

Dont have to run our furniture to keep baby safe!
We installed these under our sink and for our bar cabinet. I like that we didnt have to drill holes to attach them (although it give you that option if needed). The magnets work really well.

The redesign is not reliable. I have to keep manually resetting the hook because it sinks and gets stuck
