Best purchase I've made for many years
I purchased my airflow one month ago. Although expensive against similar machines. Worth every penny and don't regret my purchase. Does everything Dyson says it does. My asthma and hay fever on another level since using my Dyson Purifier in my home. Highly recommend

Lovley to have at night in my room
Brilliant best item I bought for my bed room app is great to tilt hot cold spin nite mode quite mode and quite to run also I just love it .

Another great Dyson fan!
Great fan! This is my second one but the previous was a much smaller, personal fan. I bought it in May so I haven't had a chance to use the heater but as a fan/purifier, it's awesome! I love the remote control functions so i can get it started on my way home from work. Low mode is very quiet and not distracting.

Awesome heater
This heater is absolutely fantastic! Heats up the whole room so quickly. I’ve only had the heater for about a month now and I plan on using the cooling fan in summer and I have no concerns about how well it will work. I was a bit hesitant about paying such a large amount of money for a heater but I’m so glad I did, it’s just so efficient! It’s also very quiet to run so no noisy motors to distract from the TV watching. Very very happy! Oh and the best feature is that I don’t have to worry about the kids getting their fingers caught in the blades, I love this heater.

Save your money
Airflow capabilities are terrible. Nothing comes out until you’re on setting five of ten. Even on highest power it wouldn’t mess your hair up at 1 metre distance.

Love it
Expensive, but totally worth it!!! I use it in my hair salon suite and it helps to cool down the room like no other fan has been able to do before, and it’s very quiet which I appreciate.

Expensive and disappointing
I bought two of the purifiers, one for a bedroom and one for a small upstairs lounge. I will be honest and say that I am disappointed with the purchases. Purification is good but in terms of the air flow, unless it's at its highest setting, you juat don't feel it. It doesn't cool the air either like a traditional ceiling fan or stand up fan. So for the price and its performance, I wouldn't recommend or purchase again.

No Heat functionality using remote
No Remote functionality for Heat because of UL1258 Dyson insinuates that the US government is to blame. I would like to know why they did not seek or meet the UL1278 standard. Dyson insinuates the US government is to blame. The U.S. government itself does not directly “approve” UL 1278, but agencies like the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) work with UL and reference the standard because heater fires are a major safety issue.

Terrible cooling and heating fan!!
This fan doesn’t get cool at all nor does get warm. It has been a total waste of a lot of money. Do not buy. Serves no purpose another than to purify air.

Futuristic and efficent
Its quite in operation and is speed controlled so you can set the temperature to exactly what you need so no wasted energy. The filtration system seems efficient too. Only had the appliance for a few weeks so Its early days, the different style takes a while to get used to. The on off switch appears to be temperamental in operation, could be I am not keeping the button pressed for long enough. Will see how it performs in the months ahead.

Best thing I brought in a long time
I brought this about 3 weeks ago now and I’ve been getting the best sleep with it. I have pretty bad allergies and I own a dog that sheds like crazy. Ever since I got this and use it every night when I sleep I haven’t been waking up not able to breath. I do live in a small one bedroom apt about 900 sq ft and it pretty much cools my whole apt so I’m not having to lower my ac as much. Pretty pricey and I don’t think it should be the price it is but it’s worth the investment for sure.

Dyson improve mob app and reduce remote functions
New UI in App and it’s better than the other interface - I believe all mobile app should update. The Airflow, Heating/Cooling, etc. is better. The reason for the 4 not 5 star is the remote!! Dyson have removed the button for how long before turns off, so only controllable via app!! A backwards step. I also think it’s annoying that all remotes don’t universally across all devices!!

Nice Machine
Bought several weeks ago. So far pleased with the performance, especially with the heat setting to take the chill off in the mornings. Only small problem I have is the small remote. Tough to read the settings and see them across the room on the Dyson.

Great little heater and quiet fan
I bought a Dyson that had an unrepairable defect and received the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP1 (White/Silver) as a replacement, free of charge. Heating works great, and cooling is good too. The app is intuitive to use. The only feature I miss from my previous Dyson is the humidity information on the app.
