My new staple!
Camille Rose braiding gel on 3C to 4A hair gave me a medium-to-strong hold without the flaking, dryness, or scalp irritation often associated with some braid gels. The moisturizing ingredients helped my hair retain softness, moisture, and shine longer than many traditional braiding products, making it my favorite choice of braiding gels. While it's a bit on the pricey end, a little goes a long way. This is definitely my new staple.

I absolutely love this braiding gel. I use it to hold my girls’ sleek styles (ages 7 and 5), and their hair stays smooth and in place all day. There’s no buildup, and it doesn’t have that sticky, gooey feel that a lot of gels do. My oldest has a mix of 3B/3C curls, and my youngest has a combination of 3C, 4A, and 4B textures—and this gel works beautifully on both of them.

I enjoyed using this gel! It smells great and worked really well to lay my roots down and gives great shine. It is thick but you just have to use a little because a little goes a long way which is great. This will last you a while! And it works good as an edge gel paired with holding spray.

Not for all grades of Black hair. It's thick and would work better as an edge control, but not for the braids.
