Not worth the money or hassle
purchased a Nespresso machine from Target, and it stopped working just barely after the one-year warranty expired. Because it was outside the warranty window, I was unable to return or replace it through Target, even though this is clearly a common longevity issue with these machines. This leaves customers stuck either paying almost the cost of a new machine for repairs or being forced to buy an entirely new one. That feels incredibly wasteful and frustrating, especially given the price of the machine and the cost of the pods. For now, I’ll be using a French press, and when I do replace this machine, I’ll be switching to the Ninja Luxe Pro instead of buying another Nespresso that will likely only last about a year. I expected better durability and better options for customers when a product fails this quickly. Very disappointing experience overall.

Didnt come with everything as advertised
Didnt come with everything as advertised. Someone clearly bought this, stole the tumbler, then returned to a store. Target sent me the half complete order but i paid for everything as advertised. So disappointed. The coffee maker is scuffed too. Clearly a return.

Used dirty item!!
I’m honestly shocked by how this item arrived in the mail from Target. It was not even packaged correctly. It was filthy, dirty, used, and even had the partial return label still stuck to the top. They had tried to peel it off before shipping it. Target would not help me with any replacement and told me I had to take it to the store. Super sad and disappointing.

Simple and easy

All you have to do is drop a pod in and press a button and you get a great cup of coffee with a nice little foam on top. I bought this to my office and it is perfect.

Love This Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an Original line Delonghi Nespresso machine for 6+ years and call it one of my favorite small kitchen appliances of all time. This was my first time trying out a Vertuo line machine and I was so excited to try it out! The machine is significantly bigger, features a 37 oz. removable water reservoir, and can make both espresso and coffee. The lattes I’ve made with this machine are noticeably better tasting than my original machine. They are less bitter and more rich-tasting. I also love that this makes coffee and with the most luxurious cream on top. I usually can’t tolerate black coffee, but the crema on this makes it possible. It’s a much better tasting coffee than drip coffee or Keurig coffee. Also, the iced tumbler is so so cute and leakproof! There are a few things I haven’t liked about the machine. First, the machine did not work out if the box. I read about an “air lock” online and how this will prevent water from going through the machine. Luckily, forcing some water through with a turkey baster fixed the problem, but it wasn’t ideal or a good first impression. I also feel like the machine is a little loud. About a quarter of the time, the machine shakes vigorously and the cap on the water reservoir spins! Overall, I’m very happy with the machine, but there is some room for improvement.

Cute little machine!

There aren’t a ton of parts so it’s easy to maintain and clean. The water reservoir is easy to clean and refill. I love that i can have a coffee or espresso in less than a minute. I absolutely love the flavor and the to go iced coffee cup is so cute! The machine is easy to clean and the coffee is an insanely hot when it’s brewed. It’s versatile because I can buy different types of coffee pods, and customize them to my needs. I removed one star due to the price of the pods themselves, it’s very expensive to maintain this machine. As well as the fact that it didn’t really come with any direction as to how to make certain recipes. I understand that there is an app you can use, but sometimes it’s nice to just have a physical recipe. Book included with the item. Overall, it is a very nice machine and the flavor of the coffee is perfect.

We are absolutely loving it! Super easy to use and clean. I LOVE that it dispenses the pod into the chamber for easy clean up! I also love how much smaller it is than our older one! The only negative is, the Vertuo pods are more expensive than Original Line pods, which is what we had before. Makes no sense to me that they are more expensive, so that’s the ONLY complaint we have BUT, with the iced tumbler and iced pods, I’m also able to save money making my own drinks at home rather than going to Starbies every day! We really are so happy with this Nespresso machine so far!

Quick, easy, and great espresso at home!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with the Nespresso machines, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The setup was quick and I love that there aren't really any settings to memorize. The machine is a little hard to close, but it's not a big complaint. I appreciate that the machine reads each pod and takes any guess work out of it for you, you only need to know what size cup/mug to use. The pods taste great and really seem just as good as the coffee shops (if not better) but you can get it faster and cheaper right from the comfort of your own home! The machine doesn't take up much counter space and although the water reservoir doesn't hold a ton of water, it's not a big deal, since many of the pods don't make a large quantity of liquid at once, so you can make many drinks before having to refill the water. Overall, I really enjoy this machine and I haven't had any issues with it yet.

As a coffee lover, this has to be one of the easiest and tastiest coffees I’ve ever made. It’s super easy to use, you only have to pop your pod onto the machine and press the only button on it. It also heats up in just 30 seconds, so even if you’re in a rush you can always have your cup of coffee. When you open the lid, the machine disposes the pod by itself, storing it in a small compartment on the side that you can always take out and clean super easily!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brewing is incredibly simple—just insert a pod, press a button, and the machine does the rest. The coffee comes out with a rich flavor and a beautiful crema on top. I appreciate the variety of sizes it offers, from espresso shots to 12 oz. coffees, accommodating my different cravings throughout the day.   One thing to note is that the machine uses Nespresso’s Vertuo pods, which are a bit pricier than regular coffee pods. However, the quality of the coffee justifies the cost for me. Also, the water tank is on the smaller side, so I find myself refilling it more often than I’d like.
