Spectracide-Wasp & Hornet Trap

Its helpful catching wasps, hornets and yellowjacket. Comes with liquid and pouch of the mixture. Its very easy to maintain, catches the pests quickly. Doesn’t have bad odour.

No messy sprays to aim and get on everything! This will keep the wasps from bothering us as we enjoy our outdoor space. It was easy to fill and hang, and seems sturdy. I also like how we can refill if needed and don’t have to purchase a whole new setup. I am hopeful that it will eradicate the problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not catch any insects in this trap, but I do feel like it kept them away. We had to work on our pool pump and typically have a lot more stinging insects hanging around. It was easy to mix up and put together.

The setup took around two Minutes, and I placed it outside in the 15 foot recommended distance from the patio. I immediately noticed wasps circling around the trap after placing it outside. I love that no harsh chemicals are needed. So far everything seems simple, safe, nontoxic, effective, and and very much needed to enjoy a Texan summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am excited to try out this product for my backyard, we live in hot and humid texas and we have all kinds of bugs including wasps and hornets, matter of fact i got stung by one last summer, so i do have a personal vendetta against them if you know what i mean ! i have pets as well as little kids and this formulation is perfect for that, i would still keep it away hanging from my pets and kids and hoping this makes our backyard experience more usable. in terms of materials it's light weight and easy to hang, the instructions were straight forward and it's made of good durable plastic that's light weight but not cheap looking.

I made sure to place it somewhere high and not around where you hang out the most. The only downside is that it does not come with a string to hang. I had to use zip ties. The product also works great.

I've had it up for a few days and it has already attracted a lot of flies and wasps. I like that I am able to buy refills and reuse. Definitely recommend this great wasp & hornet trap.

We didn’t have anywhere on the porch to hang this but we have our garage often and this is great for keeping unwanted guests out. Instructions are clear and I appreciate that it’s easy to set up.

The trap comes with of course a plastic twist top ball like trap, a yeast packet, a black tie strap to hang the trap, the liquid bait that smells like apple cider vinegar, and the packaging that has the simple directions printed on it. I have taken pictures of the product and everything included in the trap for you to see. It’s very simple to assemble. I wore gloves. First you unscrew the top of the trap and remove everything in it. Then you empty the yeast packet into the trap. Open the liquid bait and use a disposable spoon to mix it with the yeast. Put the lid back on and hand the trap using the tie strap to where there is the most wasp activity. Then twist the very top (black part) to open the trap. It’s designed so that wasps and hornets can go in but not come out and when it rains the bait is safe with how it’s designed. It’s weather safe and water can’t get in and neither can animals. It’s safe from rain and wind. It lasts for 30 days and you can buy refills for the trap. I even noticed that it attracts flies to. This is definitely worth getting and works quickly. You won’t regret buying this product and using it.

Horrible don’t work at all. Not one bee

We have a lot of wasps during the summer and this trap has helped reduce the number up by the house. It holds a lot of the liquid that you had to mix with the yeast. I will continue to buy more refills for it.
