Pain Relieving Patch, Pain Relieving Patch.

When using this product

When using this product: use only as directed,do not bandage tightly,avoid contact with the eyes or on mucous membranes,dispose of used patch in manner that always keeps product away from children and pets. Used patches still contain the drug product that can produce serious adverse effects if a child or pet chews or ingests this patch.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if: the condition for which this preparation is used persists or if a rash, redness or irritation develops,condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days,you experience pain, swelling or blistering of the skin.

Directions

Use 1 patch at a time and not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Wash hands after use with cool water. How to Apply the Patch: 1. Peel back center film and apply exposed patch to affected area. 2. Remove one side of film while pressing the patch to skin. 3. Repeat on other side of patch.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older

Clean and dry affected area, cut open pouch and remove patch from protective film by first peeling back center film. Apply exposed patch to affected area. Carefully remove remaining film while pressing the patch to skin and leave in place for up to 8 hours. (See illustration).

Children Under 12 Years of Age

Consult a physician.

Relieves sore muscles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The patch is a nice size and somewhat easy to apply. It does stick to itself so be careful once you peel the plastic because it is very thin. I used it on my hip and about 5 min in it started to feel a bit tickly due to the menthol. Almost gave a similar feeling to a tens machine and it really helped with my hip pain.

It also tends to shift around if placed on a spot that moves a lot. Probably not an issue on your lower back so much, but definitely a problem if using on shoulder/upper back. Overall, would purchase again because the patch helps with pain.

Very effective

The patch stayed on compared to prescription lidocaine patches and I think it was very effective in removing my pain. I tried it on my hip because my office chair gives me hip pain and it 100% helped. I would recommend this product.

Great For Back Pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Biofreeze Ultraflex Plus for some lower back discomfort, and I've been really impressed. The patch stayed in place while I ran my errands and did my daily activities. I liked the cooling sensation of the menthol, and it provided relief without feeling messy or greasy. The large size covered my lower back well and I love that it was comfortable enough to wear for hours. Overall, Its great for when my back hurts and I need to run my daily errands.

useful patches for body soreness and aches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i used this for my sore back on a walk in southern heat. i think it would stick better on dry skin (as i had already been sweating from the humidity). the cooling, minty effect is nice and i didn't really smell any strong fragrance or menthol which i was a bit wary of. i'm so used to the smell of those S*lonpas patches as kid. the little bit of lidocaine seems to help for muscle ache too. the effects seem to wind down a lot after a few hours but it still feels worth it to have it on. the patch itself is really thin, and comes with backings split into 3: with a skinny middle piece to help you adjust where to place it on the body before removing the other sides. individually wrapped patches are great for product longevity but it does feel kinda wasteful.

Soothing

It is very low on scent to me, easy to apply to your skin and will stay in place. Very easy to store just put it in a cabinet. Definitely a great product.

Not too impressed

Patch that stays stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most patches don’t stay and peels off immediately. The Biofreeze Lidocaine patches fixed that issue. The four way stretch fabric is incredibly thin and comfortable. The menthol gives you that immediate refreshing cooling sensation. The smell fades as it dries, it is definitely noticeable at first if you are sensitive to smell. They are a bit more expensive than the generic patches and a pack only comes with four patches.

Works effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These patches came nice and sealed in a foil pack. You have to use scissors to open it which I liked because it let me know the product would work effectively. I followed the instructions which were easy to understand. The patch stuck on with no issue. I started to feel it working pretty quickly. It felt light and not heavy. The medication on the patch wasn't' gooey or sticky either. I would have given it 5 stars but it didn't stay on as long as the package says. It started to peel off. Otherwise I liked everything else about it.

Relieving patches

I was expecting more of a menthol “feeling” for muscle relief. For maximum strength, I was expecting more relief & results. It is very low odor. It did seem to work, just had higher expectations.
