Appreciate the science behind it
I appreciate the research and backup Ritual has for its products. I don’t feel a difference using this product, but that’s not to say it’s not doing good internally. Just don’t have a strong opinion since I’m not feeling a difference. I was hoping it would help with my bloating and digestion during pregnancy but I probably need something else for that.

Best purchase ever!
I can guarantee it is helping my digestive system. I see the improvement in my gut! I am really happy that i started earlier, and I can really say my pregnancy symptoms are very mild in the third pregnancy compared to previous one! So everybody, please take care of your gut from the inside!

Good horrible dispenser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vitamin had a very strong smell and I didn’t like the aftertaste after taking it. The container it came in is also not very durable as once I dropped it the lid came off and they all came out. So be careful. However besides the after taste and smell it was a good product.

The smell of the capsules are amazing. The capsules themselves are also very cool looking. I do not have chronic GI problems requiring probiotics, but I do think the product was helpful. I took the pills for 30 days. I would definitely recommend this product to people that suffer from chronic diarrhea or IBS.

Pills for mommy and baby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These probiotics have been good for anti nausea and bloating and keeping a good feeling throughout pregnancy. Its both good for baby pre and posting birth and also mom's carrying and recently delivered. It also helps worh digestion. The supplements looks like a pill within a pill and had a citrusy smell to it. Its easy to consume taken with water or your beverage of choice. A bonus is that its vegan.

Bad orange

I was greeted by a slightly overwhelming orange smell, to a bottle of mini vitamins inside of a bigger vitamin, kind of like mommy and baby. 😍 the package is cute and simple, except the orange I really could have done without. The vitamin even kind of tasted like the artificial orange. I didn’t get the supplement gitters or stomach ache. The bottle is a twist open, but gosh the orange is really bad. I couldn’t get over it honestly. So the storage was a big no for me.
