Changing Florastor to Her

I have been taking Florastor for years per doctors suggestion, and I thought Her Florastor would be better than the older type sense I am a female and I need ( Her ingredients ) so far I can not tell a deference yet I have only been taking Her Florastor for a week.

The digestive benefits work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The various vitamins and supplements were a good mix. The cost of this product is comparable to similar products like this. It works well however I wasn’t having hot flashes before is this seemed to have brought them on. I do like the little bottle and the pill form opposed to some others supplement that you have to add to liquid and have weird aftertastes.

Feeling balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent amount of pills per bottle, take once a day. It takes about a week or so to “feel” a change, but I will say that these work. I don’t know about the stress persay, but it does balance your flora/PH and it does help with your digestion… haven’t had any problems with either. The longer you take/stay with the pills you will get the effects. The taste is a little earthy/medicinal but taken quickly with water, you don’t really taste the capsule. The pills are vegetarian friendly which is also a plus for the plant based ladies. Overall pretty good product to keep you healthy inside and balanced outside!

One of the ingredients is silicone dioxide, and I don't like to take anything that has silicon dioxide in it. So I don't know how it tastes and I can't say how effective it would be. I wish it did not have silicon dioxide as one of the ingredients.

Pretty bottle but didn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I'm still stressed, can't use the restroom but the box was pretty. It didn't taste horrible but I looked up the price and this is something I would not purchase. I'm more of a natural person because of medical reasons I research the ingredients but maybe I needed to take the full bottle for it to work.
