I like the stream capability so I can remove wrinkles quickly. The feature that I also enjoy is the retractable cord. There is nothing more annoying than having to mess with cords. I would buy this steam iron again and highly recommend it.

It has adjustable heat settings. Auto shutoff. It is easy to store and doesn’t take much room. I love ironing now that I have the Hamilton Beach Steam Iron due to my ability to finish ironing on one tank of water. I love that I am able to steam all of my clothes with this iron. The grip allows you to get a good grip and not get as tired while iron with the large stainless steel plates.

The steam function tackles wrinkles with spray and vertical options. The auto shutoff provides worry-free thinking on whether or not you turned the iron off. The retractable cord makes for easy storage. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the location of the settings dial. It is difficult to see under the handle.

My only issue with this iron is trying to figure out the setting. As you can see in the picture, it's a clear "bump" that is hard to find. Use the iron twice before finding it.

This iron was easy to use, has a comfortable grip with all the controls located conveniently and heats to the desired temperature quickly. 1. Multiple heat temperature settings, a easy to fill water reservoir. 2. Retractable 8 ft cord. 3. Auto shutoff for peace of mind if you forget to unplug it. 4. Steam control lever that allows you to decide if you want to iron with steam or dry iron. 5. A spray nozzle that emits a fine mist over the item you are ironing. 6. A stainless steel soleplate for even heat distribution and ability to glide of fabrics. 7. Self Clean button to clear out minerals and impurities that build up in the steam holes. 8. A Steam Blast button that with one pull of the trigger located conveniently on the underside of the handle that blasts steam from its 360+ steam holes allowing you to add extra steam when needed or use it as a clothing steamer for clothing that cannot be iron or for when your running late for the morning meeting and do not have time to lug out the ironing board.

I love the safety feature that makes it turn off when tilted since I have kids. Heats and cools quick. I hate starch and with such good steaming I didn't need starch with this iron. Retractable cord makes neater storage. I was able to iron a silk table cloth with no issues!

This iron is very easy to use, it’s easy to care for, and it works great! I am super happy with the quality and usability of this iron. It can be used with or without steam, it heats up fast, and does a great job of ironing. Once plugged in all you have to do is choose your desired temperature and whether or not you want to use steam. If choosing steam all you have to do is fill it up with water prior to plugging it in and then choose the steam setting. For regular ironing you just don’t add water and turn off the steam part. After two minutes it’s heated and ready to go. This iron automatically shuts off after inactivity which is nice. It’s really easy to care for due to the retractable cord, with the push of a button while holding the end it winds it automatically which is super nice. All in all, this is a really nice iron! It’s very easy to use, it can be used with or without steam, it heats up fast, works well, and the cord is retractable! I would absolutely recommend it!

It's very helpful and convenient for a person like me who does their own laundry but shells out money for dry cleaning for my work shirts. It's lightweight and has a retractable cord with a cool button that retracts the cord back, which is helpful for a clumsy guy like me! It doesn laundry room or even in my bedroom or closet. The directions are simple and straightforward. They are easily interpreted for someone who never used an iron. There are multiple settings for your use; minimum, synthetics, silk/wool, and button as well as a self clean button. The maximum and minimum fill line is highlighted for no over or under filling up. The iron heats up pretty quickly and holds the heat nicely d steam iron too. I really recommend this iron if you are in the market for one!

I find the Hamilton Beach iron with retractable cord to be of a similar quality. The water tank is large so I am able to iron more things before having to refill. It does put out a strong burst of steam , which makes ironing go more quickly. I like the retractable cord because I don’t have to worry about my cat playing with a loose cord and pulling it down when I store it on the ironing board.
