    Whitening- yes

    Whitens but can cause sore. I am still using it and can see a difference. I use it in combination with the Limited edition Seasonal mouthwash from Therabreath (bought like 10) once a day and use Crest 3D the second time I brush my teeth in the day, to prevent the extra sensitivity the ingredient in it can cause. It works for me, I don't get any sores or gum sensitivity this way and get the full effect if whitening.

    Watch Out For SLS!

    according to my purchase history on another site, I've bought TheraBreath toothpaste at least a half a dozen times. This is my first pack from Target and the first whitening formula. Unfortunately, I assumed this product would be made without SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfate) and was wrong. I used it for 2 weeks before realizing once I developed a painful canker sore. I'll be checking ingredients in future.

    Odd Consistency/Texture

    If you like a foamy toothpaste this is NOT for you. I love the mouthwash so I decided to try the toothpaste. I probably won’t be repurchasing because I like crest more but I will always be a repeat customer of the therabreath mouth wash. This claims to whiten in a week, I didn’t feel it did anything for whitening. The flash is good but consistency is meh

    Irritant

    If you're someone whose body is sensitive to changes of products, don't pick this up. My boyfriend and I love the therabreath Mouthwash and decided to try the toothpaste too. The day after use, I woke up with a sore and then another two days after. I thought I was going crazy so I decided to look up all of the ingredients and found that it contained sodium lauryl sulfate, which is a known irritant that causes ulcers. Our other products don't contain that ingredient so I'm certain this product caused it.

This was unfortunate because literally everything else is perfect about this toothpaste. My teeth were noticeably whiter after extended use and my teeth and breath felt clean for a long time after use. Again, would be the perfect toothpaste if not for the lip sensitivity

    Tastes bad and causes sensitivity

    I DO NOT recommend. It tastes terrible and leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth. Zero fresh feeling whatsoever. The worst part is that after less than a week, it’s caused sensitivity to cold drinks! Terrible!
