Great Supplement

I just finished my first container of this 50+ multi-vitamin and have been very satisfied with it. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've had no nausea from taking them, which is a problem I have with a lot of multi-vitamins. I will continue using this product and recommend it to others. I prefer capsules to tablets for ease of swallowing, and I like the fact that one daily is a satisfactory dose.

READ the ingredients!

I researched this at local health food store. Thought the values of ingredients were impressive. HOWEVER, took my first dosage with breakfast and within 90 minutes, my heart palpitations were off the chart! The iodine (potassium iodide) 165 mcg was more than I'm comfortable taking. When I research this online, found some disturbing uses. FYI
