Great TV, but remote lacks a mute button
I purchased this TV and the LG S90TR soundbar. This was a significant upgrade for me and playing the YouTube LG Demo videos look and sound as good as they do in the store. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is the magic remote does not have a mute button. To mute the sound, you have to hold the volume down for several steps and then it mutes. If you have the volume set where you want it, and want to mute without changing the volume to answer a phone call, you can't. This also makes it impossible to go from a high volume to a low volume quickly without unintentionally muting the TV several times while lowering the volume. This is a major annoyance to me. Future remotes need to have a mute button on the remote. This could be solved by allowing an existing button to be reassigned as a mute button with a firmware update. Otherwise this a great TV.

We purchased our 65" LG a few months ago and are blown away by the explosion of colors on every channel. Want to see something amazing go to YouTube and look at the OLEG channel to really appreciate your purchase. Highly recommend this TV. Would buy it again.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money for sure. Nothing is intuitive or plug and play. Doing anything in the settings is difficult and finding simple, basic features (like inputs?) is much more complicated than it should be. My last tv, you plug the PC/laptop into the HDMI and you get video. Not at all on this overpriced thing. The picture is fine, sound is okay but I use a sound bar so no a factor. I cannot stand the voice remote or "SMART" TV garbage. Useless to me, I will never talk to any electronics, but there are no decent options that aren't "SMART". This one had the best reviews, I don't get it though, especially not for the price. It takes a ton of research to figure out basic settings. There's no manual, not even online that I have found, so you have to search random posts. Terrible

Great Picture and Sounds - The "magic" remote does NOT have numbers to channel select. Instead, you must use the optic pointer which is clumsy at best...but I have only owned the TV for 2 days....

The TV supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and it really shows when gaming. Gameplay feels incredibly smooth with no noticeable stuttering or screen tearing, even during fast-paced scenes. It performs excellently for both console and PC gaming. The built-in speakers deliver surprisingly solid sound quality. While an external sound system would enhance the experience further, the internal audio is more than sufficient for everyday viewing, with clear dialogue and balanced sound. In terms of design, this TV is very impressive. The ultra-thin panel and extremely slim bezel make the screen feel almost borderless, allowing for greater immersion. Movie and Gaming Star Performer

The picture looks unreal — blacks are truly black, colors pop, and everything looks super sharp on the big screen. Games feel smooth and responsive with no lag that I can notice, even in fast action. Dolby Vision content looks especially impressive. Shows like Stranger Things look incredible, with dark scenes retaining detail while highlights really pop. I already own a 77-inch LG OLED C3, so this comparison comes from real-world use. Even though the size difference between 77 inches and 83 inches doesn’t seem large on paper, it is very noticeable in practice. Installed in a dedicated media room, the 83-inch screen feels significantly more immersive and delivers a true home-theater experience. Another pleasant surprise is the sound quality. For a TV, it’s much better than expected—clear dialogue, decent bass, and a fuller soundstage compared to most flat-panel TVs. It’s good enough that you don’t immediately feel the need for a soundbar. The new webOS UI feels smooth, modern, and responsive. Navigation is intuitive, apps load quickly, and the overall experience feels polished. Overall, the LG OLED C5 is an excellent upgrade, especially if you’re coming from a 77-inch OLED. Exceptional picture quality, surprisingly strong built-in audio, and a refined user experience make it a fantastic choice for a media room.

Get pictures sound format ok
The TV is thin and light and has an amazing picture. I have had LG before and I am trying to get used to the format but with all the new technologies and apps it's not the same. I don't care for the remote wheel pointer ( not for older folks) Although the TV is great I prefer the home format of my previous brand. We did get an awesome price the included wall install. Over all the that's what sold me and I was curious about the AI features but I think it's above my understanding. I would like easier access when my TV is turned on to show you tube TV and the 4 or 5 favorite channels without all the other stuff all over the screen.. We have been having lagging with connection and we have 1tb speed.
