Holy Colon Blow! One scoop was all I took. Its took 8hrs to work through my system. When it did, it was game over. I will take half the dose next time. If you are having trouble going to the bathroom. This will definitely get you moving!

I've been using this product for 7 years now. I've not had a problem with constipation or hemorrhoids in that entire period of time. I use less than the recommended dosage but take a smaller dose every evening before bed time in a small glass of apple juice. I can't recommend my routine to anyone else, we are all different, but this is what has worked for me after years and years of painful bowl problems.

This product did what is needs to do very quickly, spend more than six hours on and off toilet. Only used half of scoop , didn’t mix up well , tasted like seaweed , I was very disappointed with this product .

Totally satisfied with this product. It thoroughly cleanses in a timely manner. One container goes a long way. And, it's all natural. I don't have to use much (certainly less than the suggested amount) for it to work effectively overnight. The taste is bland but manageable. Have used it for approximately one year. This recent order was my first 'refill'. My only disappointment is that it doesn't dissolve easily.

Be careful with this stuff and do NOT take more than the recommended dose til you are familiar with it. It works, no doubt. The first time I took it my guts were griping pretty badly. It was painful. I have been going easy on the dosage since, and actually mix a bit in with a regular bulking agent like psyllium.

I had purchased a Swanson colon cleanse product before and really liked it, but this one was awful! I obviously ordered the wrong one, and I will be returning it. It tasted like seaweed, and did not improve by mixing it with juice. As always, even this was a good value, though.

I've been using this product daily for many years, have found no other product that delivers consistently reliable results for daily use. I mix it with a little orange juice and chase it with a full glass of water. Highly recommended if you're looking for an ocassional or daily product to aid in elimination.
