e.l.f. Eyeliner Pen - 0.05 fl oz

I've been using this liner for years to draw my brows on. I mostly shave them off and then draw them back on. The coffee color is perfect and the line itself makes it so easy to draw the shape I like. This will forever be a staple for me.

Glides so smoothly and effortlessly I wish there was other colours

This eyeliner goes on beautifully, but it smudges a lot, and runs like crazy. I had it on for 5 minutes and it had already smudged onto my eyelid, my finger, and my cheek. Not worth the money

Smudges horribly……. Just bad

While the product itself was nice enough in terms of application, the brown left a henna-like stain on my eyelid that made it look like I'd rubbed something gross on my face. Not the move for me.

I've been a Stila user for a long time but wanted something safer and more affordable. This definitely does it! We have 90+ temps with high humidity right now and Elf made it! It wasn't 100% in these extreme conditions but Stila never made it either. For $3, if I have to purchase it once a month or once every 6 months, it's still amazing. If people are finding that it dries out - that could be how you use and store it, how the store stored it or that your store has old product. For me, the quality and price has me going back for more!

Not very pigmented, I tend to have to press a lot to get it to work well. Fun shape, cute cap, a little hard to get on, easy to get off. The brush is good, the tip is fine, it just pulls at my skin a bit and i can’t get a straight line.

What I experienced with this product is: not pigmented at all, the cap is bouncy and hard to put on. And over all not a great product. But there are some pros: awesome tip/brush. And good in a pinch. If you need something quick get this. But if you need something that needs to last. Don’t get it.

THERE ARE NO BLACK COLOR IN ANY OF THE BROW PRODUCTS. MY HAIR COLOR IS BLACK AND MY BROWS ARE ER, WELL WERE BLACK LOL BUT NOW BLACK WITH WHITE HAIRS. NEED AT LEAST A SOFT BLACK OR BLACK/BROWN

My favorite eyeliner! As someone who is not good at eyeliner at all and has an incredibly shakey hand, this product is great! The marker tip allows me more precision, with not as much build up of product and dries instantly!

I initially LOVED this product - great control, easy to fix! However, no matter how tightly I pressed the cap on, it would always fall off, and after 3 uses it has completely dried up :(

I’ve cried many tears wearing this eyeliner and it hardly smears or smudges.

Pigment is definitely there …. however the coffee brown is 100% a black

Good for its price, isn’t the most pigmented but it shows. Only need to do 2 layers or so.

Love the formula. Intense color for the first 3-4 applications, but slowly dies after that. I do a modest wing, nothing dramatic, 5 days a week. I'm having to buy a new one every week and a half because the product dries out. I keep it stored with the cap on and upside down in my makeup brush cup. If it had more product in it, I'd give it a full 5 stars.

I love that e.l.f. products don't use animal products and aren't tested on animals but... this one needs to last longer! I used it about four times when it started running dry. It was totally dry after about nine uses. And, I promise, I always closed it completely (until the cap snapped into place) and stored it nib down.

The only actual issue I had was with how thick the container is. It was hard to grip at first but I got used to it pretty quickly. I noticed that it does dry out pretty quickly but if you just make sure to close it properly it shouldn’t be an issue.
