Folllowed the directions and it still burned 20 minutes BEFORE it was supposed to be cooked all the way. My oven is fine - this mix was a waste of my time and money.

I really like this mix.
I really like this mix. It makes tender muffins and accepts add ins, like dried cherries and nuts, without letting them end up on the bottom. GF products are often dry and overly crumbly, but this one made perfect muffins.

This mix is so adaptable — fill the cups halfway and add a tsp of your favorite preserves or jam, add nuts, add KA apple jammy or cinnamon bits — or whatever else that sounds good to you! These muffins are moist with a tender crumb. I serve these to folks who can eat gluten-full foods and no one knows the difference!

Best GF Muffins ever
This is my favorite muffin mix. They come out rivaling non-gluten free muffins. Moist, good crumb and when I use carbonated water, they rise nicely in a tulip paper cup.

Gluten Free Pie Crust
This, as well as other gluten free mixes were purchased, are Christmas gifts for GF famiky members. I did use the GF pie crust mix for a Thanksgiving apple pie. It was easy to use and delicious. I am sure that the GF muffin mixes, brownie mix, and cornbread mix will all be equally good.
