Tylenol PM Extra Strength Nighttime Pain Reliever and Sleep Aid Caplets help relieve minor aches and pains and help you fall asleep fast for a more restful sleep. This nighttime pain relief medicine provides 500 mg of acetaminophen and 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in each caplet. Containing both a pain reliever and nighttime sleep aid that is non-habit forming when used as directed. This product is formulated to help you fall asleep and stay asleep while also relieving headaches and minor aches and pain. Did not help my sleep

I took this after having surgery on my arm. I was hoping it would help me sleep better. I feel like it had the opposite effect for me. I felt like I was wide awake. Maybe I'm one of the people who doesn't get sleepy from diphenhydramine.

It Works!

This stuff works! I use it at night for back pain. This helps me get a great night of sleep without any pain. I do feel a little groggy in the morning but it is worth it. Works fast and is a staple in my house.

Great pain reliever with sleep support

These pills have been really helpful for me when my pain is prohibiting me from sleep. I take them before bed and they help me reduce my pain enough to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night, which is super important when sick

Helps with pm pain

This doesn’t really help me with sleep but it does help with night time aches and pains. I wish it would knock me out to sleep but sadly it doesn’t. I will continue to use it for pain from time to time.

Took this in 2-pack form and didn’t realize how hard it would hit me as I wasn’t intending on sleeping at the time. DEFINITELY only take this before bed as you WILL feel like you hadn’t slept in 4 days. It’s that effective.
