GREAT PRODUCT!!!! - My son bought this for me because I was using frozen water bottles. This is an awesome product. Rolls nicely, but watch it, it can get away from you. It really helps for my plantar fasicitis. Worth every penny!!!

omg this is seriously ice cold and stays that way for me to do both feet at least 20 mins each and when it goes back into the freezer it is still just as ice cold. I love it. It has replaced water bottle and pads used for feet. A frozen water bottle is crap compared to this thing.

If you have Planter Fasciitis you just need to keep this in your freezer. I run, and when I'm done I use this to ice my foot. So much nicer than the frozen water bottle I was using!

This makes icing your plantar fasciitis so easy. My doctor recommended I ice my foot twice a day. With the polar foot roller it is so easy. Just throw it in the freezer and then take it out twice a day to roll my foot on it. Gives you an excellent cold foot massage. Put it back in the freezer and it is ready to use again and again.

Great for Plantar Fasciitis. I put this in the freezer and roll out my feet at night and it's helped considerably with the pain from my heel spur and the tired arches. I used this without freezing it and it works great too.

I had been using a water bottle that I froze in the freezer and after a while it would start to leak. But, with this foot roller I'm able to treat my foot and not have to worry about water leaking all over the place. I have used it hundreds of times without any issues or problems. It is well made and I expect many years of use.
