The only thing that worked
The only thing that was practical, easy to use and actually worked for my grazed and chewed up privates and toe-curling feeding sessions. At first, the gels did not seem to do much but over the course of 2 weeks of using them i noticed that breastfeeding (at 4 weeks) became less painful. Now at 12 weeks, having used the gels continuously, breastfeeding is comfortable and just lovely! Would note that it is important to maintain good hygiene whist using these.

Life saver for FTM
As a first time mom, these pads saved me on my first weeks of breastfeeding! I had tried cold compresses, creams, silverettes etc but these pads helped me heal at record time. I keep them in the fridge and use in between feeds. I recommend to all my nursing friends!

Love love love these! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about because these are game changer. Regular disposable nursing pads cause such irritation and rubbing which are the downsides. The upside is leaking protection with regular disposable pads but downside is the rubbing against already sore and sensitive nipples. These gel soothies don’t absorb leaks the way other pads do and need replacement once leaked in too much but these don’t cause that rubbing and irritation. I’m currently struggling with mastitis and these are amazing. They soothe and hydrate my nipples which is so needed. I love that you can put them in the fridge and can be used for 72 hours. I saw others are only 4 hours and are super sticky which are major cons compared to these in my opinion. Try these and you’ll see what i’m talking about.

Best Cooling Pads Ever
After having my first baby in October, I used these pads for at least the first two weeks. They were the only things that made my nipples feel better and not like they were on fire. The Frida mom ones are NOT comparable - they are too sticky and gooey. These are amazing. I also used the lansinoh circular shaped ice packs - these on the nips, ice packs in the bra. Only thing that helps.

These are such a savior in those first few weeks when your body is just kind of adjusting to breast-feeding. Let’s be honest it can be very tender. These are such a great option especially because there is no need to stick them in the freezer or anything you can just have your purse or a diaper bag !

i was actually given these as a gift & didn’t think i needed them until i actually used them & omg.. they are fantastic!! i put them in the fridge for a few hours to keep them cool & i put them on when my nips are feeling sore & leave them on for a few hours & when i take them off they feel nice & refreshed!

I love these, they helped with nipple soreness! only downside is after the second use they do loose sticky-ness and tend to move around & will fall off if you leak milk.

A must have for breastfeeding mamas
I rarely call anything a "must have" but these are a life saver in the early stages breastfeeding. I was introduced to hydrogel pads by a lactation constant with my first, and I've tried many different brands but Lanisoh is my favorite. I really appreciate side that's lined so it doesn't stick to your bra, and that these are somewhat reusable (you can rinse the pads between uses until it's no longer sticky). I'm able to get around 2 days of use out of a set. I like to keep mine in the fridge to make them extra soothing when I put them out.

Not just good for feeding
Sadly my baby has a milk allergy so couldn’t continue our breast feeding journey. But these pads aren’t good just for feeding but also helping dry milk up keeping them nice and cool and soothing the process of having to dry my milk supply!
