  • A: Hello! TENA Sensitive Care Ultimate Absorbency – Extra Coverage pads are designed for heavier leaks and can hold up to about 2½ standard soda cans worth of liquid (maximum capacity). To help put that into perspective, an average bladder can hold about the amount of one standard soda can. So these pads are designed to manage more than 1 bladder releases and still provide protection. For best comfort and skin health, we recommend changing the pad when it reaches about half of its maximum capacity, rather than waiting until it’s completely full.

i would NOT buy this item again

Tena overnight pads leaked at night. I had to wear 2 pads, no protection at all . Barely stuck to my briefs, not oder free. Certainly no triple protection as they claim.

I will always use this product .

I am a crossdresser and always use these pads while dressed. The size, fit and comfort is unbelievable. I do wear them with the wide portion in the front in order to be sure of containing all dribbles, drips, streams or gushes. They hold up for the task at hand. If you're looking for comfort and reliability, these pads are just the item. If you try them, I'm sure you'll buy more.

I will continue to purchase these pads for all that they do.

I have read many of the reviews posted and was encouraged to try the Sensitive Overnight Pads. They are amazing. They are the best I have ever worn and used while Crossdressing. They do all that the positive comments mention. I tried them two at a time with the wide portion in the front of my panties. They work so well for both dribbles and gushes. Try them. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had been introduced to these pads much sooner. Thank you, Tena.
