The 8" Chef's Knife is made with high quality stainless steel blade. This chef's knife is precision forged from one piece of stain resistant high carbon steel. A chef's knife is the knife that is most frequently used in the kitchen. The upward curved tip allows rocking the knife for easy mincing on a cutting board. Because of the wide and heavy blade it's also suitable for light cleaving jobs.
