Horrible smell
Never even got a chance to heat it up. Took it out of the packaging and I don't know what they put in this aroma mix but the smell made me gag and almost throw up. I'm hoping I can get my money back.

Very helpful and provides heat for a good amount of time. The only downside is that sometimes the scent can be over powering. I think because of my neck surgery it has caused that area to be sensitive but other wise it is very good! I also wish there was a way to be able to wash the pad. Like a removable cover!
